Terms and conditions

These terms govern the use of PIXLVAULT, voluntary contributions and, when checkout is open, the purchase of packs. Contact is in the legal notice. Prices are in euros, VAT included if it applies.
1. What you buy (and what you do not)
When pack checkout is open, you buy album credits or a Legend pack credit. Each credit opens a 5-cromo pack. You do not buy a specific cromo, you do not buy money, there is no marketplace and there is no cash-out: dust and cromos cannot be exchanged for euros or sold between users.
The daily free pack is not a purchase. Craft spends dust, not money.
2. Chance, odds and pity
Each pack has 5 cards. Published probabilities (weight = percent):
- Common 70% · Rare 22% · Epic 7% · Legend 1%
- Paid credit packs: at least 1 Rare in the pack
- Legend pack: 1 guaranteed Legend; the other 4 cards use the odds above
- Pity: if you open 8 packs in a row without Epic or Legend, the next one includes an Epic (or better). A Rare does not reset the count; an Epic or Legend does
If the pool has no cards of a rarity, the system may deliver the next available one. This is not a game of chance with a cash prize.
3. Age and cap
Only people 18 or older can buy packs. You confirm that in the shop before paying. There is a daily pack-purchase cap of €50 (UTC). Voluntary contributions do not use that cap.
4. Digital delivery and withdrawal
Credits are added to the account when Stripe confirms the payment. By buying you accept immediate performance of the digital content. Under EU consumer rules, you lose the 14-day withdrawal right for credits already added to the album, unless the law says otherwise.
5. Refunds
- Packs already opened: not refunded, except our error, a duplicate charge or what the law requires.
- Unused pack or Legend credits: you can ask for a refund at pixelartgallery7@gmail.com within a reasonable time (about 14 days from payment). Those credits are cancelled.
- The free pack and dust are not paid out in money.
6. Contributions (not packs)
Amounts under “Help me make more ridiculous cards” are voluntary contributions to the operator to keep making cromos. They do not give packs and are not tax-deductible (this is not a donation to an NGO) and, as a rule, are not refunded once Stripe confirms them.
7. Account and abuse
We may suspend accounts that evade the 18+ rule, the daily cap, or attack the service. The catalogue (themes, cards, prices) may change.
