2. Purpose
The service lets you collect digital cromos in an album, open packs (free or paid when checkout is available), and optionally send ideas or a voluntary contribution. There is no user-to-user marketplace and no cash-out.
3. Terms of use
Using the site means you have read this notice, the privacy policy and the terms. You may not use the service unlawfully, bypass age or spend limits, or attack the infrastructure.
4. Intellectual property
The software, the PIXLVAULT name, the design and the cromo artwork belong to the operator or to whoever they authorize. You may not copy, resell or train models on the art without permission. Your collection is a personal-use licence, not a transfer of copyright.
5. Liability
The service is provided “as is”. There may be downtime, catalogue changes or errors. The operator is not liable for indirect damage or for use contrary to these texts. Payments are processed by Stripe; card numbers are not stored here.
6. Governing law
Unless a mandatory rule says otherwise, the law of Spain applies. EU consumers keep the rights they cannot waive.
